Was born on August 9, 1955 in Moscow. In 1977 he graduated from GITIS (workshop of A.A. Goncharov). In 1977-2008, he was an actor at the Mayakovsky Moscow Academic Theater. Takes part in the performances of the Theater House "Millennium", the Theater Agency "LeCourt" and the Theater "ApARTe" .
Honored Artist of Russia (1998).
