Born July 24, 1965 in Brooklyn, New York.
Ben-Victor has starred in many "cop" dramas such as Monk and CSI, and played the supporting role of con man Steve Richards in three episodes of the NYPD television series from 1994 to 1997.
Paul and his mother were co-authors of theatrical productions. At least two of their plays, "Club Soda" and "The Good Steno", were staged in Manhattan.
Ben-Victor and Vincent Ventresca starred in The Invisible Man. They met again in an episode of the new series "In Plain Sight" (Episode 1.2 "Hoosier Daddy") on the USA Network.
He starred in the TV series "Everybody Hates Chris" as Mr. Thurman.
