Robert Scott Speedman was born on October 1, 1975 in London, UK. When Scott was 4 years old, his family moved to Canada. In his youth, Scott was professionally engaged in swimming, but due to a neck injury he was forced to leave the sport. Graduated from the University of Toronto. He began his acting career in 1995. Was one of the contenders for the role of Robin in the movie "Batman Forever"
In 2006, Scott dated actress Heather Graham for a while. Scott is currently dating Teresa Palmer.
