Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice actor who currently plays on The Cleveland Show. He is also well known as the voice of Tartarus in the video game Halo 2.
Born in the Bronx, New York. He is best known as one of eight students selected to participate in the Arts '82 program run by the National Foundation for the Arts. Received a scholarship to the University of Syracuse and a place on the PBS television program hosted by John Houseman.
