Claire Forlani was born in July 1972 in London. The baby from an early age wanted to become an actress, performing as a child at New Year's performances in the theater. When she turns 11, she begins her studies at the London School of the Arts, specializing in acting.
Her career begins in 1991, in the TV series Newspapers, with a supporting role, and the first full-length film with Claire Forlani - Gypsy Eyes, was released in 1992. In 2004, she played the main female role in the crime drama Hooligans, in 2006 she became one of the actresses of the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation New York as a minor character, and in 2011 she starred in the TV series Camelot, NCIS: Los Angeles, as well as in the comedy tape Love and cuisine.
