Born October 30, 1980, Toronto, Ontario, Canada is a Canadian actress, film director, screenwriter, film producer, singer, songwriter and composer.
She spent her childhood in Winnipeg. She studied at the Balmoral Hall School. After graduating from high school, Sarah moved to Switzerland to study fine arts at the College of Neuchatel. She then attended the Rierson Theater School in Toronto.
Sarah has been in films since 2000 and currently has starred in 39 films and television series. Carter is also a film director, screenwriter, film producer, singer, songwriter, and composer.
