July 22, 1983, Moscow, USSR (Russia) - February 3, 2019, Izhevsk, Russia, known under the stage names Decl and Le Truk, is a Russian rap artist, songwriter, composer, actor and poet.
Studied in Switzerland, graduated from the British International School in Moscow.
Decl is the first commercially successful rap artist in the CIS. The debut album of the artist “Who? you ”, with a circulation of over a million copies, did not lose its popularity in Russia during the entire first decade of the 21st century.
