Born March 28, 1976, Mozdok, USSR (Russia) - Russian actor and singer.

His father is Korean, and his mother, according to the passport of an Ossetian, also has Georgian blood in her veins. There are two younger brothers.

No one in the family was professionally involved in art, my mother worked in trade, my father - in agriculture. But all the elders were very musical, sang beautifully, and this was passed on to his son and grandson. Already at the age of 5, Sergei got a thunderous ovation, singing the song "Robins Hearing a Voice ...".

He studied at the Mozdok secondary school № 1. As his classmates recall: “He was already raving about music and the stage at school. As a high school student, he played in the city folk theater, staged Filatov's "The Tale of Fedot the Archer" on the school stage, sang remarkably to the guitar. And also - he wrote poetry. And his enthusiasm for all this reached the level of genuine obsession. " In addition to the theater, Sergei was engaged in ballroom dancing, sang in the school choir, and went to the pioneers' house for a vocal circle. Parents really wanted him to play some musical instrument, and they sent him to a music school, to the accordion class. He also went in for sports, attended the volleyball section. I attended an art reading circle, spoke at all city events, and was also a very active pioneer, chairman of the squad council, and a detachment commander.

In 1988, for his active work in the pioneer movement, he was awarded by the house of pioneers with a trip to the pioneer camp "Orlyonok".

In 1989 he took part in the all-Union competition held in the newspaper Pionerskaya Pravda, and was invited to Moscow for the final tour in the House of Pioneers on Lenin Hills. He won the competition and was awarded a trip to the city of Pyongyang (North Korea) to the world festival of youth and students.

Feeling the taste of victories, Sergey began to look for all sorts of announcements about such competitions, and take part in them. Having won the next competition, he gets to the last meeting of the pioneer organization in "Artek". There he became very friends with his counselor, Lyuda Gorkunova, and in 1991, at her invitation, he returned to Artek for an internship and worked as an assistant counselor. In the final 11th grade, Sergei became interested in learning English, although before that he had studied German. Three months before the exams, he moves to an English language group, works with tutors. Thanks to diligence and dedication, he very quickly mastered the language and even decides to take English as a final exam.

This passion for languages ??predetermines the choice of the institute and in 1993 Sergei decides to enter the Pyatigorsk Institute of Foreign Languages. He passes the exam in English at 5, but on the essay he lacks one point. Friends advised him to enter the International Humanitarian Korean University in Moscow - a private university at the Russian State Social Institute (now - Moscow State Social University). Sergei took the advice and went to Moscow. At the university he was admitted to the Faculty of Philology on the basis of an interview, since the amount of points that he scored when he entered the Pyatigorsk Institute of foreigners was sufficient for admission. He completed the 1st year with honors, but sudden changes are taking place, and the university is transferred from the RSSU base to the base of the Institute of Asian and African Countries. Sergei is transferred to the Faculty of Journalism and remains at a social institute.

During his studies, he actively participates in all student amateur activities, plays in KVN, sings, plays the guitar. As a result, there is little time left for study and Sergei does not have time to close the session. But the rector goes to the meeting, recognizing a local "star" in the young man, and helps him with the transfer to the Faculty of Psychology without passing the session.

In 1998 he defended his thesis with honors on the topic "The structure of the internal picture of the disease and the characteristics of self-esteem of HIV-infected drug users."

During his studies at the institute, Sergei worked in many positions: he was a promotion manager, promoted a new Moldovan wine, taught English at a college near the hostel. After graduation, he gets a job at an AIDS service organization as a psychologist at the helpline. Then she worked as an administrator in a restaurant and a manager in the tourism business.

At the institute, Sergei sings in the band "Cheerful decibels". They sang songs with a guitar and even won at the Moscow festival of student creativity "Festos 95". Once, having arrived with his group in one of the Moscow studios to record a couple of songs, he meets his former classmate, who by that time was working as a troupe manager in the already thundering musical Metro, who invites him to an additional casting in the subway musical. He auditioned and accepted. Rehearsals begin, and a gradual introduction to the performance. At the same time, preparations began in Moscow for staging the first daily Russian musical, Nord-Ost, based on V. Kaverin's Two Captains. Sergei successfully tests here too - and gets a small, but colorful role. He was warmly received by the audience, criticism noted. And in the troupe he became a favorite ... And that is why Sergei survived the terrorist act on Dubrovka very hard. In this musical, he played over 100 performances.
