From the age of 5, Sarah began acting in commercials. While at school, she participated in the theatrical production "Mary Poppins". In 2001, she made her television debut under the pseudonym Billy Bruno. In 2003 she starred in the video for Brad Paisley "Celebrity". Five times (2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007) was nominated for Young Actor in the category Best Young Actress under 10 years old for her participation in the TV series "As Jim Said" .
After the closing of As Jim Said, Billy was invited to one of the roles in the film Eloise in Paris. However, the project soon ran into financial difficulties and was frozen indefinitely.
