Born February 28, 1961, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada is a Canadian and American actress who peaked in popularity in the 80s and early 90s.
Daughter of actor and musician Tommy Chong, a member of the popular film music duo Cheech and Chong.
She made her debut as an actress in a television movie in 1974. She married twice, her second husband, Ray, is her partner in the films "Into the Blackboard" and "Curiosity Kills" S. Thomas Howell.
