Born April 27, 1989, Los Angeles is an American actress best known for her television roles. Born in Los Angeles, California, she first rose to prominence after starring in the 2006 independent film Fifteen .
On television, Rios has had minor roles in Middle Aged Men, Friday Night Lights, Breaking Bad and Private Practice. From 2013 to 2014, she starred on a regular basis in the FX series The Bridge. After it closed, she joined the second season of HBO's True Detective.
