Born July 24, 1949, Culver City, California, USA - American actor and comedian who won three Emmy Awards (1993, 1994, 1997) for his role as Cosmo Kramer from the television series Seinfeld. Less well known as a writer (nine episodes of two TV series in 1981 and 2000) and producer (seven episodes of one TV series in 2000). In 2013, Richards returned to television with a role in the sitcom Kirsty.
