Born April 20, 1970, Oakland, USA - American actor. His father Sherrod Moore is African American, and his mother, Marilyn Wilson, a business consultant, was Irish, French and Canadians. The name Shemar is a combination of the first three letters of the names of his parents. When Moore was a child, he lived with his mother in the Netherlands until he was ten years old. Shemar has three brothers - Cochineau, Sheburra and Chenon Moore.
