Bradley is a school friend of Clive Barker's, so when the latter decided to film his novel, he invited his classmate to play the role of the main shinobit. At the same time, if Barker is no longer related to some of the sequels of the film, then Bradley played the role of Pinhead in eight of the nine films.
Bradley is one of two actors who played the same character in eight horror films (the other is Robert Englund, who starred in eight Freddy Krueger films).
In two films (Hellraiser 2 and Hellraiser 3), Bradley also played Captain Elliot Spencer (the man who turned into Pinhead after manipulating Lemarshan's box).
