Born March 15, 1944, Paris, France - French director, screenwriter, actor, editor and producer.
Studied at the Voltaire Lyceum, regularly attended the cinema club of the professor of literature and film critic Henri Ajel.
He began working as an editor on documentaries, notably Paris Secret (1965) by Edouard Laugerau and Paris: Top Secret (1969) by Pierre Roustant.
In 1973 he shot his first full-length film, Year 01, based on the comic strip by Georges Blondeau, together with Alain Rene and Jean Rush.
In 1994, inspired by the story of Germaine de Stael and Benjamin Constant, he shot the feature film At the Bottom of the Heart, and also released a 12-episode version for television.
