Born April 3, 1962, Phoenix, Arizona, USA is an American actress and model.
Graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in landscape design. She began her career as a model, and in her first year she was named Model of the Year by the Ford agency.
In film, Rubin made her film debut in 1987 in A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, and played her first major role in Bad Dreams the following year. Then she starred in the films "Eternal Song", "Doors" and others.
