Born October 18, 1982, Stamford, Connecticut, USA is an American actress and producer.
From early childhood, the girl dreamed of becoming famous. At the age of 8 she danced in the ballet troupe in New York "The Nutcracker", and at 11 she toured across the country with an improvisation program. During the tour, Elissa gained invaluable experience, which later helped her realize herself as an actress.
At 13, Dowling began acting on the stage.
After graduating from high school, the girl entered the University of the Arts in Philadelphia (PA). In 2005 she received her BA in Fine Arts and Sculpture.
In 2006, Dowling made her acting debut in the action movie Dracula: The Vampire Conspiracy.
