Born September 13, 1993, Mullingar, Ireland - actor, director, composer and singer.
Niall attended a Christian boys' school and sang in the local church choir. Niall's musical talents were revealed in early childhood, and, seeing his son's craving for music, his father gave him a guitar for Christmas. Over time, relatives began to positively note Niall's vocal abilities. As the performer himself recalls, from an early age he imagined himself in dreams only on stage. The idol of his childhood was singer Michael Buble and he always strove to be like him.
Niall's goal in The X Factor was to pursue a solo career. However, at the suggestion of Judge Nicole Scherzinger, he and 4 other participants, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles and Zane Malik, were combined into one group. As a result, the newly-made boyband took third place in the competition. After the show ended, the band signed to Syco Music. Their debut album Up All Night was released in November 2011. Then the group released 4 more albums: Take Me Home (2012), Midnight Memories (2013), Four (2014) and Made in the AM (2015).
In September 2016, it was announced that Niall had signed to Capitol Records as a solo artist. [8] In the same month, he released his debut solo single, "This Town". On May 4, 2017 he presented his new song "Slow Hands".
In November 2017, the debut album Flicker was released, which in its first week of release reached number one on the charts in the US, Canada, Ireland and number three in the UK.
