Born November 1, 1978 - one of the most awarded Brazilian actors of his generation.
In a relatively short period of time, he became one of the most popular actors in Brazil. His "discovery" happened in 2000 at the Bando Olodum Theater, where he played since he was nine. Together with friends - aspiring actors Wagner Moura and Vladimir Brishta - he comes to Recife to take part in Juan Falcao's play "The Machine", filmed in 2005.
His first major and high-profile character in the movie was the homosexual Joan Francisco dos Santos in the movie Madame Satan. The film has garnered many awards at international film festivals and brought fame to the leading actor.
In the television series Snakes and Lizards, he plays with his wife, the famous actress Thais Araujo. Their marriage did not last long: in March 2008, they broke up, but soon began to meet again. The couple have a son Joao Vicente (born 06/18/2011) and a daughter Maria Antonia (born 01/23/2015).
For the role of the rogue Foginho from the television series "Snakes and Lizards" in 2007, Lazaro Ramos was nominated for an international television Emmy award.
