She attended St Hilda's Anglican School. From the age of six she began to be interested in acting.
She began her career as an actress with the role of Lolly Allen in the TV series "Neighbors". Kane received a three-month contract. In December 2006, she left the project as the contract was not renewed. From March to December 2009, Adelaide starred as Tenaya 7 in RPM's Power Rangers.
