March 11, 1898 - June 4, 1968 - American actress, sister of Lillian Gish.
The Guiche sisters' acting career began in 1912, after their friend Mary Pickford introduced them to Biograph Studios director D.W. Griffith. Their joint film debut took place in the same year in the film "Invisible Enemy" and later, over the years of her career, Dorothy appeared in more than a hundred films, in many of which her older sister also played.
