The daughter of singer Pearl Lowe, in 2004 a DNA test showed that her biological father is singer Gavin Rossdale, and not Pearl Lowe's husband, as previously thought. At the age of 15, she signed a contract with the London modeling agency Select.
Lowe represented Agent Provocateur, Burberry, Converse, Dr. Martens, Hooch, Wheels and Doll Baby, Ben Sherman, Frost French, Hari, Karen Millen, Lace, Whistles. Her photographs have appeared on the covers of Tatler, Elle, GQ, Vogue, Paradis, Marie Claire, Jalouse, Teen Vogue, Grazia, In Style and The Sunday Times Style.
