Born March 14, 1968, Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Canadian-American actress.
A breakthrough in Falls' career was the starring role of Anne Shirley in the 1985 television movie Anne of Green Gables, which earned her her first Gemini Award for Best Actress in Television. Two years later, she reprized her role in the sequel to Anne of Green Gables: The Sequel, as well as the last film in the series, Anne of Green Gables 3 (2000) .
On the big screen, Follows played the female lead in Stephen King's Silver Bullet (1985). In total, she has starred in more than twenty films and played seventy roles on television, where she mainly played historical figures. In 2013, she was invited to play the role of Catherine de Medici in the American historical series Kingdom.
