Born September 11, 1987 in Sheffield, England, and graduated from the University of Birmingham. In 2011, she began her career with a supporting role in the British soap opera Hollyox before moving to Los Angeles. In early 2012, Henstridge landed the lead role in The CW's The Haven, produced by JJ Abrams. Then she starred with Sylvester Stallone in the movie Get Me If You Can .
In November 2012, Henstridge landed a co-star on the ABC series Agents of SHIELD. The series premiered in the fall of 2013.
