Born April 14, 1964 - American actor.
Clendenin graduated from Cornell University in 1986 and received his Master of Fine Arts from Pennsylvania State University in 1990. He subsequently built a career, starring as odd side characters in comedies.
Among his most notable recurring roles on television, he played the oncologist (and sexual deviant) Dr. Paul Seltzer in the comedy series Scrubs and Roger in My Name Is Earl. .
He is best known for films such as Star Trek, where he played a ship worker who interacts with Kirk, and also played one of the nerds in Where's My Car, Dude? ("Dude, Where's My Car?").
