Was born in Ankara (Turkey) on January 1, 1957. In 1973 he graduated from TED College in Ankara (TED - Turkish Education Association (Trk Eitim Dernegi). In 1978 Osman graduated from Middle East Technical University - Turkey's Middle East University in Ankara, graduating from the Faculty of Architecture. In 2001, graduated from Beverly Hills Playhouse , one of the most popular and significant schools of acting in Los Angeles, then began his studies at the Beverly Hills Theater.
In 1984, Osman Soikut left his homeland and went to California, where in 1989 he began to intensively pursue his career. By 2001, he gained popularity after filming in the series "Charmed" and "Daring and Beautiful". The actor was even more famous for his role in the film "Chick". In 2007, Osman began to win the love of viewers in his homeland, Turkey, starring in the TV series IKI Yabanci ("Two Strangers").
