Born August 26, 1977 - American actor.
He studied at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Prior to starting his acting career, John worked on a ranch in Wyoming.
He made his debut on television in the comedy series "Strangers with a Candy" (1999) as a student. He then starred in HBO The Sopranos (2000), ABC Madigan Men (2000), The Witch's Blade (2001-2002) and CBS CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
Popularity earned him the role of student Matt McNamara, son of Dr. Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) (who raised him) and Dr. Christian Troy (his biological father) and Julia McNamara (Joely Richardson) in the TV series Body Parts, aired since 2003.
He is also a poker player on the World Poker Tour.
