Born January 31, 1976, New York, USA - American film actor, comedian, screenwriter, producer and director.
After high school, Shire entered New York University, where he studied education and telecommunications. In 1995, he began performing at the Chicago City Limits improvisational theater on Broadway. Later he joined the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater troupe. In addition to acting, Paul was also involved in writing plays and screenplays.
After moving to Los Angeles, Shire joined the local Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. Paul's own improv show is based on Facebook biographies. The performance was named the best show of the season by Los Angeles magazine.
