Born October 22, 1988 - American actor.
He graduated from the Juilliard School in New York, where he was a Group 40 member of the Dramatic Arts Department. While at Juilliard, Hawkins received the prestigious John Houseman Prize for Excellence in Classical Theater Studies. After graduation, he began his career playing on Off-Broadway and guest appearing on television. Hawkins landed a small role in Iron Man 3 from Marvel Studios and appeared in Universal Pictures' thriller Air Marshal alongside Liam Neeson and Julianne Moore.
In 2013, Hawkins made his Broadway debut as Tybalt in a new production of Romeo and Juliet. In 2015, The Hollywood Reporter announced that Hawkins would join the cast of AMC's The Walking Dead as Heath, a key character in the Robert Kirkman comic book series. Hawkins played Dr. Dre in Universal Pictures' biopic, Voice of the Streets, which premiered on August 14, 2015. He has co-starred in Kong: Skull Island, which also stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson and Tom Hiddleston. Hawkins was cast as the lead male lead on Fox's 24 Hours: Legacy.
