Born April 23, 1973 - Turkish actor, humorist, cartoonist and screenwriter.
When Cem was in grade 4, his family moved to another district of the city (Bahcelievler). Here Jem graduates from an eight-year school and then studies at the College of Tourism and Hotel Management.
