Born July 16, 1983, Tokyo, Japan is a Japanese-born British theater, film, television and voiceover actress.
As a child, she moved with her parents to England, to Hertfordshire. After high school, the girl graduated from the Central School of Stage Speech and Dramatic Arts (in 2004). In 2005 she began acting for television, in 2006 Elinora made her debut on the wide screen, and since 2010 she has been voicing video games.
Eleanor Matsuura is half Japanese and half British, she hardly speaks Japanese. Speaking in English, it can imitate about one and a half dozen accents.
