Born August 29, 1979, Kingston, Pennsylvania, USA is an American screenwriter, director, producer and actor.
He attended Wyoming High School and graduated from Wyoming Seminary. Prior to earning his BA from Columbia University, Harris's Urban Chaos Theory short won the Best Jury Prize for Best Short at the NoDance Film Festival, and the following winter, his other short, The Assassination of Candice Klein, premiered at the Film Festival. at Sundance in 2002.
Harris made his directorial debut in Fictional Heroes.
He also co-wrote films with his partner Michael Dougherty for such films as Urban Legends 3: Bloody Mary, X-Men 2, Superman Returns, where the latter two were directed by Brian Singer.
