Born July 7, 1959 - American actor and producer.
When Bill was only two years old, his parents divorced. Because of this, the boy often traveled from Virginia, where his mother lived in Chicago, where his father lived.
Billy's first notable work was the role of Luke Fuller in the TV series "Dynasty". Campbell auditioned for the role of William Riker in Star Trek: The Next Generation, but Jonathan Frakes did play this character. And Campbell got a role in one of the episodes.
Another striking work of Bill was the role of the gay gynecologist John Philip Fielding in the mini-series "Urban Stories".
