Born February 4, 1957, London, England - British screenwriter and film and television producer.

He began his journalism career at Screen International magazine, and his screenwriting debut in the television drama Say You Love Me, followed by scripts for The Bridge (1992) and Tom and Viv (1994), for which Miranda Richardson and Rosemary Harris both received Academy Award nominations.

Following his film adaptation of Metroland (1997) by Julian Barnes, Hodges focused on writing for television, including Among Women (1998), his adaptation of John McGuhern's novel for BBC Two, for which he received a BAFTA nomination for Best TV Series and won the Grand Prix at the Banff TV Festival, The Lost World (2001) and The Last King (2003).

He is the co-creator of the ITV sci-fi drama Jurassic Portal, for which he wrote the scripts for nine episodes across five seasons.

Adrian Hodges created the BBC television series The Musketeers.
