Born on September 27, 1971 - American actress.
She studied at California State University, and then received a Bachelor of Arts from New York University. Then she began her career as an actress and in 1995 made her debut in the television movie "Stolen Innocence", after which she appeared in the film "Murderous Beauties" .
Detmer has appeared in dozens of films and television shows throughout her career. On television, she has appeared in three short-lived sitcoms: Assistant United States Attorney in 2003, What About Brian in 2006-2007, and Be a Man in 2011. She also had minor roles in the series Private Practice and Necessary Cruelty. On the big screen, she has had notable roles in the films Destination, Boys and Girls, Bitch, Majestic, and The Big Fat Liar.
