Born March 29, 1963 - American soap opera actress.
In 1978, she made her daytime debut with a role in Days of Our Lives, and in the early eighties, Bregman tried to pursue a career outside of soap operas and appeared in several prime time series, including The Boat of Love and Glory. In 1983, she took on the role of Lauren Finmore on the CBS soap opera Young and Reckless, which earned her her greatest fame. In 1985, Bregman won the Daytime Emmy Award, and then three more times in different years was nominated for the award. The same role she played sporadically in her sister's soap "Daring and Beautiful."
