The idea of ??making a real full-length film has long dominated Sophie's mind and heart, but her life has developed in such a way that there was almost no room left for creative implementation. After the release of the short film Dieu, que la nature est bien faite! (1999) Sophie disappeared for more than 10 years for the world of the film industry: all the time was spent on a family - two children and a husband. But when the son and daughter grew up, Sophie realized that the creative fire in her soul had not died out. Moreover, she realized that this time she was ready to take a big step and prove to everyone that she would be able to make a good film. The director was inspired by the famous American actor Woody Allen.
She became a real celebrity after the release of her debut feature film Paris-Manhattan (2012).
Of course, it should be noted that Woody, to whom, by and large, the film is dedicated, occupies a very important place not only in the life of the main character of Paris-Manhattan, but also of the creator of this film.
