Born March 20, 1948, Philadelphia is an American stand-up comedian, actor, director, producer, writer, singer, and musician.

Best known for playing Kew in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space 9 and Star Trek: Voyager, and Discord in Friendship is Magic. Also notable are his roles in such cult television series as Stargate SG-1 (Frank Simmons) and Breaking Bad (Donald Margolis).
