She was born on June 30, 1911 in the city of Letychiv (now the Khmelnytsky region). In 1934 she graduated from the Kiev Art Institute. She worked at the Kiev studio of feature films. Artistic director of the Ukrainian animation section. Honored Artist of Ukraine (1973). Member of the CPSU since 1947.
