O. Torvald is a young Ukrainian boy band performing pop-rock, pop-punk. The group was founded in 2005 in the city of Poltava. Most of the texts of musical compositions are written in Ukrainian. To date, the group's creative luggage consists of 6 albums, 14 clips and several separately released songs. Also, the guys often visit the cities of Ukraine with concerts, and sometimes sing for a foreign audience.
Throughout its existence, the group has undergone changes in the team. E. Galich (vocals), D. Mizyuk (guitar), N. Raida (Dj, keyboard player), A. Solokha (drummer), N. Vasiliev (bass player) are the current members of the band. The history of the group begins with the creation in 1999 by Galich and Mizyuk of the musical group “Cool! Pedals ". Noteworthy is the fact that the founders have known each other since childhood. The guys' general addiction - rock and roll - contributed to fertile work and creative development. "Cool! Pedals ”existed until 2005, then a new group O. Torvald was born, which consisted of not two talented guys, but of five. In 2006, in search of great opportunities and prospects, the guys moved to the capital - Kiev. By constantly participating in various festivals, they make a name for themselves.
The first studio album entitled “O. Torvald ”comes out in 2008. But the real popularity of young performers was brought not by the debut, but by the second album "In Tobi" in 2011, which consisted of 12 songs. In 2012, the world saw three albums at once: "Acoustic", "Vicorize us" and "Primate". 2014 - release of the fifth disc "Ti є". The group dedicated a series of T-shirts and sweatshirts to him, which presented him. The members of the O. Torvald collective are thirty now, and they have already won the hearts of thousands of listeners and become the favorites of the public.
