Born September 20, 1971, Cambridge, USA - American cameraman, director, producer and editor.
Studied cinematography at the FAMU Film School in Prague and the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Winner of numerous student awards and honorary scholarships. He worked as an assistant on the film Yards with Garris Savides.
Parekh's films have been shown at many festivals including Sundance and Cannes. Filmmaker magazine included him in the list of "25 new faces of independent cinema".
