Born August 24, 1963, San Francisco, California is an American screenwriter, director, producer, and actor.
Studied at the University of California Art. He began his career as an animator at Disney.
In 1988, while working as an assistant animator on the project "Oliver and Company", Wise eventually became one of the scriptwriters of the film.
Wise became famous for his debut co-directorial work - the painting "Beauty and the Beast" (1991).
