Born 1965, Canada is a Canadian film director, screenwriter and actor.

Peter's creative career began in the late 1990s. In 1995, he made his debut as an animator in the animated film Casper, directed by Brad Sirberling. In 1999, he was an animator for John Lasseter's Adventure Adventure Toy Stories 2, after which he worked as Assistant Animator for the Walt Disney Feature Animation Fantasia 2000, an Emmy Award winner for Best Animated Special Effects. A year later, Lepeniotis worked as a visual effects animator for Walt Disney Pictures' computer cartoon Dinosaur, Chuck Russell's thriller Save and Save and Antoine Fuqua's crime comedy Bait.

In 2005, Lepeniotis made his debut as a director, according to his own script, he created the short animated film "Gloomy Squirrel", where he also acted as a producer. In 2006, Peter worked as an animator on the computer animated cartoon Everyone's Hero, directed by Christopher Reeve, Colin Brady and Daniel St. Pierre.

In 2008, Lepeniotis completed his second directorial work - the fantastic TV cartoon "To Catch Santa Claus", where he co-directed, along with Gene Choi II and Jamie Weise.

In 2010, Peter, in tandem with director and artist Tim Deacon, completed work on the family animated series Bolt and Blip Robots, which launched in November 2011. A year later, in February, viewers were able to watch the full-length version from Deacon and Lepeniotis with the participation of the same characters - the adventure cartoon "Bolt and Blip Rush to the Rescue".

After that, Peter Lepeniotis created a short cartoon, which he later turned into a full-length animated film - "The Real Squirrel", where he also co-wrote the script. The film hit wide screens on January 17, 2014 thanks to the film companies "Open Road Films" and "The Weinstein Company". The animated picture was to the taste of large and small viewers, for the first week of distribution, "Real Squirrel" received leading positions in the ratings of films and good box office receipts, which gave the green light from the producers to create a sequel - "Real Squirrel 2", in which Lepeniotis will also perform director and one of the screenwriters. The release of the continuation of the tape on the screens is scheduled for January 15, 2016.
