Then he, as a producer, is engaged in the production of two more highly successful TV series, these are "The Office" and "Sister Jackie", as a result of which he received Emmy nominations. At the same time, he himself directs serials, both the same "Office" and other projects, for example "Arrested Development", "Mad Men", "Parks and Recreation Areas" and not only. In a feature-length film he made his debut in 1997 with the film Life Is Sold Separately, and in 2003 he made the second film, which became successful, My Name Is David. After the series, he returned to cinema in 2011 with the comedy "Bachelorette Party in Vegas", and two years later another film for the female audience, "Cops in Skirts", was released.
