Born February 28, 1971, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada is a Canadian actor, director, screenwriter and producer.

Started acting at the Youth Theater in Vancouver at the age of 12. Stebbings changed many careers before making his choice as an actor. At 22, he went to New York to enroll in drama school. He later returned to Canada and pursued an acting career.
