Born June 7, 1978, Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA - American actor, comedian, producer and screenwriter.

He attended Patrick Henry Elementary School, later Edison School, then Castia Hall Preparatory School. He later studied at the Phoenix Institute of Art and Scottsdale College.

Hader's dreams of becoming a comedian led him to travel to Los Angeles, where he joined the Second City comedy group, which is known for having many of its members on Saturday Night Live since the 1970s. He performed at the iO West stage in Los Angeles. During his time with the band, he also worked as an assistant on the DVD Empire Of Dreams: The Story of the Star Wars Trilogy and Collateral Damage, as well as on the VH1 reality show The Surreal Life.

Hader first appeared on the big screen alongside Owen Wilson and Matt Dillon in He, Me and His Friends. Since then, he has starred in films such as A Little Pregnant opposite Katherine Gigle, Cunning Man (with Andy Samberg at SNL), The Brothers Solomon, and Superbad, where he played Officer Slater. This role made him famous to the public, and after that he appeared in such popular programs as Total Request Live, The Tonight Show and MTV Video Music Awards.

Hader appeared in two more projects of Judah Epatow - "In Flight" and "Pineapple Express" (with Seth Rogen). Also appeared in Soldiers of Failure.

Bill played in Greg Mottola's Recreation Park. Also played in another Mottola film "Paul: The X-Files".

Hader has done several short films including Back in the Day, Sounds Good to Me: Remastering the Sting and The Jeannie Tate Show with SNL writer Liz Kachowski and his wife Maggie Carey.

Bill had a small role in Jack Black and Michael Cera's The Beginning of Time.

The actor voiced the main character Flint Lockwood in the critically acclaimed cartoon "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs". Also voiced by Gazelle in the cartoon "Ice Age 3: Age of the Dinosaurs".

Hader played General George Armstrong Custer in Night at the Museum 2.

Bill voiced the film Scott Pilgrim vs. All. He played the Voice, a disembodied voice that appeared in parts of the film, especially during the battle scenes.

Hader wrote the screenplay for the film, which is to be produced by Jude Epatow, in which he will play if Jude Epatow agrees.

In April 2009, Hader was listed on Vanity Fair's New Legends of Comedy magazine.

In Men in Black 3, Hader played Andy Warhol, an American artist known in the film as Agent W.

In the Angry Birds movie, Bill voiced Leonard Beardach, the cartoon's main villain.
