Born August 22, 1971, Washington - American actor, screenwriter, producer, martial artist and former model. He is of Mongolian-Korean-Chinese descent. His maternal great-grandmother was a Shanghai Jewess from Hongkou County. His younger brother is actor Karl Yun. Yoon attended high school and college in Silver Spring, Maryland. In 1994 he received his degree in finance from the Wharton School of Business. He was one of the first hedge fund traders at SAC Capital Advisors, but left to pursue a business. Yoon practices many martial arts, reaching the Olympic standard in taekwondo and being a serious candidate for the US Olympic team at the age of nineteen.
