Born April 3, 1962, Brussels, Belgium - American film director, screenwriter, actor and producer.
Lived in Belgium until the age of 23, graduated from Political Science and International Relations from the University of Brussels. From 1990 to 1994 he lived in Italy, where he began to participate in the filming of films. In 1994 he moved to Los Angeles and became an American citizen.
Serafini's most famous works for the Russian viewer are the action movie Blood of Atonement with Dolph Lungren and Billy Zane in the lead roles, as well as the TV series The Hawk and the Dove.
