Born January 19, 1981, San Diego, California - American actress.
She grew up in Spain, Uruguay and Argentina. Bitsy's name is not an abbreviation for Elizabeth's name, but an homage to the unusual nickname of her grandfather, a World War II bomber pilot. Her father, Andrew Tullock, works as a banker in Latin America, which is why she grew up in Europe and South America. After returning to the United States, Tullock attended High School in Bedford, New York. She entered Harvard University. She graduated with honors with two major subjects, English and American Literature and Visual and Environmental Studies. Tullock has Scottish ancestry on his father's side and Spanish on his mother's side. In 2007, she was nominated for the 28th Annual Los Angeles Theater Awards for her performance in Sam Foreman's Quarterlife.
