Born September 18, 1979 in Palm Springs, California, USA. At the age of 9 she began acting in the theater, and at the age of 11 she received her first theater award as a comedy actress. After leaving school, Alison decided not to go to university and moved to Los Angeles to start her film career. She made her film debut in 1998.
